WhatsApp wird von WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta) betrieben. Es gilt die Datenschutzrichtlinie von WhatsApp.
E-Mails empfangen wir über Proton Mail (Proton AG, Schweiz).
Wir verwenden Ihren Namen, Ihre Kontaktdaten und den Inhalt Ihrer Nachricht nur, um Ihre Anfrage zu beantworten und eine Beratung vorzubereiten. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (vorvertragliche Maßnahmen) bzw. lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an der Beantwortung von Anfragen).
5. Wenn Sie Kunde werden
Für die Durchführung einer Beratung verarbeiten wir zusätzlich Rechnungsadresse, Buchungs- und Zahlungsdaten sowie Angaben, die Sie uns für Ihr Anliegen freiwillig geben. Zweck sind Vertragserfüllung, Rechnungslegung und Buchhaltung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b und lit. c DSGVO).
6. Weitergabe
Wir geben Daten nur weiter, wenn das für unsere Leistung nötig oder gesetzlich vorgeschrieben ist: an Buchhaltung bzw. Steuerberatung, Zahlungsdienstleister, technische Dienstleister (Hosting, E-Mail) und Behörden. Ihre Daten werden nie verkauft oder für Werbung weitergegeben.

4. Contacting us by form, WhatsApp or email
The contact form does not send data to a server. It turns what you type into a WhatsApp message that you send yourself. Your data only reaches us when you write to us on WhatsApp or by email.

Emails reach us through Proton Mail (Proton AG, Switzerland).
We use your name, contact details and message only to answer your request and prepare a consultation. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps before a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering requests).
5. When you become a client
To deliver a consultation we also process your billing address, booking and payment details, and any information you choose to share for your case. We do this to fulfil the contract, issue invoices and keep our accounts (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
6. Sharing
We only share data when our service or the law requires it: with our accountant or tax advisor, payment providers, technical providers (hosting, email) and public authorities. Your data is never sold or passed on for advertising.

8. Your rights

5. Quando se torna cliente
Para prestar uma consulta tratamos também a morada de faturação, dados de reserva e de pagamento, e as informações que decida partilhar sobre o seu caso. Fazemo-lo para cumprir o contrato, emitir faturas e manter a contabilidade (art. 6.º, n.º 1, alíneas b) e c) do RGPD).
6. Partilha
Só partilhamos dados quando o nosso serviço ou a lei o exigem: com contabilista ou consultor fiscal, prestadores de pagamento, prestadores técnicos (alojamento, e-mail) e autoridades públicas. Os seus dados nunca são vendidos nem cedidos para publicidade.
